Vanaf 2 juni start individuele muzieklessen bij CKE (locatie Meerhoven) op afspraak

Beste cursist,
Zoals je afgelopen week op onze website kon lezen, zijn we blij dat we vanaf dinsdag 2 juni de deuren van CKE weer beperkt mogen openen! We kijken ernaar uit om onze cursisten - jou - weer persoonlijk te mogen verwelkomen. Voor diegene die les hebben op de CKE locatie in Meerhoven geldt dat we starten met individuele muzieklessen alleen op afspraak. Natuurlijk is niet alles meteen weer zoals het was. We hebben te maken met strenge afstands- en hygiëne-eisen voor de gezondheid van jezelf, de mede-bezoekers en die van de medewerkers van CKE. Om te zorgen dat het bezoek aan CKE (locatie Meerhoven) voor iedereen prettig en veilig verloopt hebben we enkele belangrijke regels, zoals een protocol dat voldoet aan de RIVM-richtlijnen. Lees daarom dit bericht en het bijbehorende protocol goed door voordat je naar CKE komt.
Alleen op afspraak
Zoals gezegd, deze lessen, en jouw bezoek aan CKE, kan alleen op afspraak met jouw docent plaats vinden. Binnenkort neemt jouw docent contact met je op om een lesafspraak te maken voor jouw les. Door de maatregelen en de bijbehorende beperkingen, zullen we het nog niet voor elkaar krijgen om iedereen wekelijks zijn les fysiek te geven op locatie. De fysieke lessen worden aangevuld met online alternatieven.
In- en uitgang
Om te zorgen dat alles veilig verloopt, willen we iedereen vragen te wachten in de Hangar, en niet zelf de school in te gaan. Zorg ervoor dat je 10 minuten van tevoren aanwezig bent. De docent zal je daar op komen halen en begeleiden naar de les. Ouders/begeleiders mogen niet mee de school in.
Hoe houden we samen de muzieklessen van CKE veilig en prettig?
Kom niet naar CKE als je verkouden bent of griepklachten hebt of als iemand in je huishouden dat heeft.
* Houd 1,5 meter afstand, zowel binnen als buiten het pand.
* Ouders/begeleiders mogen niet mee naar binnen.
* Lees vooraf het bijgevoegde protocol goed door. Dit protocol is een levend document. Op www.cke.nl/contact vind je altijd de meest actuele versie van het protocol.
* Volg altijd de aanwijzingen van de docent en medewerkers van CKE op. |

Muziekexamens:
De muziek-examens voor dit schooljaar zullen vanwege de coronamaatregelen worden verschoven naar volgend jaar. Jouw docent zal het praktijkexamen in overleg met jou volgend jaar opnieuw inplannen.

Individual music lessons will begin at CKE (Meerhoven location) on 2 June, by appointment only

Dear student,
As you will have read on our website, we are happy to be able to open the doors of CKE once more, albeit in a limited way, from Tuesday 2 June! We are looking forward to personally welcoming our students - you - back. For those who have lessons at the CKE Meerhoven location, we will be starting up individual music lessons by appointment only. Naturally, not everything will go back to the way it was straight away. We have to comply with strict distance and hygiene requirements for your health and that of staff and other visitors to CKE. In order to ensure that the visit to CKE (Meerhoven location) is enjoyable and safe for everyone, we have drawn up a few important rules, such as a protocol which complies with the RIVM guidelines. So please read this notification and the accompanying protocol carefully before coming to CKE.
Only by appointment
As already mentioned, these lessons and your visit to CKE can only take place by an appointment with your teacher. Your teacher will be getting in touch with you soon to make an appointment for your lesson. The preventive measures and accompanying restrictions will make it impossible to give everyone their weekly lesson on location. The physical lessons will be supplemented by online alternatives.
Entrance and exit
In order to ensure that everything goes safely, we ask you not to enter the school, but to wait in the Hangar. Make sure you arrive 10 minutes beforehand. The teacher will collect you there and take you to the lesson. Parents or others accompanying the children may not enter the school.
How do we all keep CKE music lessons safe and enjoyable?
Please do not come to CKE if you have a cold or flu symptoms, or if someone else in your household does.
* Keep a distance of 1.5 metres, both inside and outside the building.

* Always follow the instructions of the teacher and CKE staff. |

Music exams:
All music exams for this school year will be postponed until next year, due to the corona measures. With your agreement, your teacher will reschedule your practical exam for next year.
