[Workshop is full] In this full-day workshop ‘Impermanence Bound’ by artist Rossi Liu, you’ll explore the beauty of transience through creative expression and traditional craft.

One of a kind
In the morning, participants will create one-of-a-kind book covers inspired by fleeting moments in life, using collage, drawing, or photography — each paired with a poetic sentence. These “moments” will then be shared and exchanged among the group.
In the afternoon, you’ll learn the French Link Stitch — a decorative and functional bookbinding technique ideal for creating books that open flat and hold a larger volume of pages. Using the personalized covers made earlier, each participant will bind a blank-paged notebook to take home: a vessel for thoughts, sketches, or future fleeting moments.
