In this workshop, you’ll start singing straight away. Together with singing teacher Emma van der Hoek, you’ll discover just how enjoyable and liberating singing can be. You’ll work on breathing, tone production, posture and expression. Through targeted exercises and singing together, you’ll become more relaxed and confident, step by step. There’ll be opportunities to sing solo and to work together. Pop music forms the basis, and you’ll explore different styles.

In collaboration with Emma van der Hoek
Emma is a singing teacher and performer, born and raised in Gemert. She trained at the Dutch Musical Academy and graduated from the conservatoire in 2024 as a music teacher specialising in singing. Drawing on her experience in solo singing, musicals and live performances, she guides people in discovering their voices in an accessible and inspiring way.
