Visual arts course for young artists (ages 4-8)
In this studio, children aged 4 to 8 embark on a creative journey of discovery. They use their imagination, explore, and experiment – all through drawing, painting, and crafting. This is their first step into the world of visual arts, helping them discover their imaginative potential. During a lesson, for example, they might receive a key and be asked: what does this key unlock? They then create that world themselves. At the end of each activity, we discuss the artworks together, which is both educational and further sparks their imagination.
The teacher encourages creativity and shows how to make something special using simple materials. Children learn to observe, create, and present their work. There is plenty of space for their own ideas. At the end of each lesson, we review and discuss the artworks together.
Good to know:
- Children should wear clothes that can get messy or bring an apron.
- Language: Dutch.
