Stay fit with Dansfit! You’ll move to music, learn simple choreography, and develop and improve your sense of rhythm. The class is a great way to improve your fitness and balance through dance-like movements. You’ll also increase your body awareness and flexibility, as well as develop or improve your sense of rhythm.

The class starts with a gentle warm-up to loosen up your joints and prepare your body for movement. Then we’ll do simple dance combinations to familiar music (think classics, Latin, and light modern songs). We build the movements step by step so that everyone can follow along. There are short breaks in between. The class ends with a cool-down and relaxation exercises.

This course is specifically designed for people aged 60 and older, with a strong focus on safety, fun, and social interaction. You’ll dance in a relaxed, accessible way in a friendly atmosphere without any pressure to perform. The emphasis is on expression, musicality, and moving together—not on athletic performance. It’s a super fun way to get fitter, feel better about yourself, and meet nice people.
