Write Your First Song
During this workshop, you’ll write your first song step by step. Singer-songwriter and former City Poet Iris Penning will guide you through the entire process. You’ll work on lyrics and come up with your own melody. No experience or instrument is required. All you need is a love of singing and writing. You’ll work in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Leave your inner critic at home. By the end of the evening, you’ll go home with a song you wrote yourself.
