In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be introduced to neurodiversity in an accessible way. You’ll receive a brief explanation and, above all, experience for yourself how differently brains process stimuli. We’ll use playful activities that help you get a feel for what ‘masking behaviour’ is, for example, and where strengths lie. You’ll discover just how diverse neurodivergent brains are and what that means in everyday life. The workshop lasts 45 minutes and provides an opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion together.
In collaboration with GGzE and Fontys
This workshop is a co-creation with GGzE and Fontys, as part of the WAVE initiative. WAVE is a development hub where neurodivergent young people, students, lecturers and professionals work together to create inclusive learning and working environments. They bring together knowledge, research and experiential expertise. CKE provides a creative and open environment where learning, experiencing and connecting take centre stage. Together, we are creating a programme that inspires, raises awareness and offers space for different perspectives.
