Discover, experience, and join in

During the opening of ‘Verzachtende Omstandigheden’ (‘Mitigating Circumstances’), you’ll experience how art helps bring thoughts, feelings, and ideals to life. View more than 160 postcards and various artworks by GGzE participants. Be surprised by installations, an audio story, and personal creations. Join workshops, attend a lecture on autism, and engage in conversations about stimuli, energy, and inclusion. Together, you’ll explore what a world that adapts to you looks like. The opening is a time to look, create, and meet one another.

In collaboration with GGzE

GGzE and CKE are working together to make art and culture accessible to people for whom participation is not a given. GGzE contributes knowledge of mental health and support for participants. CKE adds artistic expertise and creative working methods. In this project, clients and artists collaborated on personal and unique works of art. From postcards to installations, every form reflects the artist’s vision. Together, GGzE and CKE demonstrate how art contributes to self-expression, connection, and well-being, and how care and culture reinforce one another.
