Boerenkool Bash
Boerenkool Bash? Yes, you read that right. An afternoon full of creative activities at the crossroads of greenery and culture. Organised by – and held in – the Eindhoven neighbourhood of Genderdal. More than 50 local residents enjoyed a fantastic afternoon!
A Fun (and tasty) cultural participation project
Over 50 residents took part in a delightful afternoon! Candle-making, live classical music, a djembe performance, heart-warming winter tales – it was a wonderfully varied event. Neighbours also had the chance to share their ideas and wishes for a greener Genderdal. And of course, everyone tucked into a delicious plate of boerenkool with halal smoked chicken sausage or veggie tofu. Naturally, served with a hole for the gravy. All freshly prepared by volunteers from the local residents’ initiative. Mmmm!
It was a truly lovely afternoon, made possible in part by the Buurtfonds Woonbedrijf.
