Work on your technique, creativity, and style using portraits and life models as your inspiration.
This course is all about learning to observe effectively. You will discover how shapes, lines, space, light and contrast can enhance your image. You will work from photographs or examples you bring along yourself. Over the course of two sessions, you will work with a live model. You will receive guidance in developing your own style. We will explore the imaginative power and expressiveness of portraits. You will be shown examples of various portraits, demonstrations of material use, and you will be guided by a skilled tutor.
Good to know:
- Wear an apron and clothes that can get dirty.
