A fusion of salsa and Latin American dance

This course is for adults with some dance experience who enjoy blending jazz technique with Latin styles. You will explore a dynamic fusion of salsa, bachata, and jazz elements, set to vibrant and rhythmic music.

If you enjoy modern dance but are looking for more energy and pace, then Latin jazz is perfect for you. You’ll work on basic jazz techniques, body control and a sense of rhythm. Each class begins with an energetic warm-up, followed by technique and a powerful choreography full of expression. You’ll use your whole body and dance with plenty of energy and speed. We’ll work towards a performance during the Bruisweekend.

Good to know:

  • Wear comfortable dance clothes. Bare feet, socks, or jazz shoes are fine.
  • Language: Dutch & English.

Courses of 16 or 32 lessons: Join an introductory workshop for €15 during Bruisweekenden or De Ontdekking. If you decide to enrol afterwards, you’ll receive a €15 discount.
