Introduction to theater for children (ages 6-8)
A varied beginner’s course full of fun.

Does your child want to be on stage and can’t wait to learn how to act? This is where they’ll take their first steps. Children learn to act, improvise, work together, and create theatrical scenes.
We start every class with a warm-up. Then we practice a specific acting skill and get to work on scenes or assignments based on a theme or story: think space travel, jungle adventures, and professions. They learn to transform into a character and how to use their face and body to show that they are angry, happy, or sad. The children fully engage their imagination and creativity and learn to collaborate both in play and beyond. Our experienced instructor ensures both structure and fun.
After each semester, there is an open class for parents and caregivers.
