Introduction to ceramics: wheel throwing

This ceramics course focuses on the potter’s wheel. You’ll learn how to center, open, and pull up clay. The instructor will give demonstrations and guide you through every step. And don’t worry: making mistakes is all part of the process. That’s how you’ll discover just how fun and challenging it is to learn to throw. The pot(s) you make will be fired and glazed, and you can pick them up a few weeks later in the ceramics studio. Did this course leave you wanting more?
