What do you want to convey on stage, and how do you bring that to life through theater? In this theater course, you’ll explore stories, characters, and forms together with your group.
Over 18 classes, you’ll discover the full range of what theater can be: you’ll experiment, make choices, try things out, and adjust. This is how you’ll learn how theater-making works. You’ll do this by exploring together what suits you as a performer and your group as a whole, always using the story as your starting point.
During this process, you’ll grow as a performer: you’ll learn to make conscious choices with your voice, body, and gaze, and translate ideas into performance on stage. You’ll receive feedback and see yourself improve with every lesson.
The course culminates in a performance during De Ontdekking, presented to an audience.
