We all watch movies and TV shows. Want to know what it’s like to be in front of a camera yourself?
In this 9-week course, you’ll learn what it’s like to act in front of a camera, covering both realistic and exaggerated acting styles. You’ll learn how to get into a character’s head and understand their thoughts. You’ll experience just how many different takes are needed for a short scene. Where should you stand? How should you stand? Where should you look? These are all questions we’ll answer in class.
We’ll explore different genres, from emotionally moving scenes to funny sketches. You’ll also get tips on how to sign up with a casting agency. By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools you need to act in front of the camera.
