CKE Complaints Procedure

Cultuur & Kunst Eindhoven (CKE) offers hundreds of courses and organizes many activities in schools and neighborhoods each year. We do everything we can to make the courses, lessons, performances, activities, and our guests’ stay as pleasant as possible. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with our service. Don’t hesitate to share your feedback with us. That way, we can help you — and learn from the experience.

Are you (as a student, parent/guardian of a child enrolled in a course or lesson, an association, school, or visitor) dissatisfied with CKE in any way? Then you can file a complaint.

Verbal Complaint

If the complaint relates directly to an activity, lesson, or course, it makes sense to first discuss it with the relevant teacher or staff member. Often, the issue is resolved through such a conversation. If that doesn’t work, you can file a written complaint and the formal complaints procedure will come into effect.

Written Complaint

Submit your written complaint to the complaints administration. This can be done via the [online complaint form]. Prefer to fill it in offline? Then download and print the PDF form below. You can return it via email at klacht@cke.nl, or drop it off at the CKE reception at Pastoor Petersstraat 180. No printer? No problem — you can pick up the complaint form at the reception. The front desk staff will ensure it reaches the complaints administration.

On the form, please explain your situation as briefly and clearly as possible, and include your contact details. After submitting the complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. The complaints committee will handle the complaint confidentially and log it in a secure digital register. This helps us improve our services.

CKE Response

You will receive a substantive response to your complaint within 14 days (2 working weeks). If that’s not possible for any reason, we’ll inform you in time.

Undesirable Behavior

CKE is committed to a safe and respectful environment for everyone: students, learners, employees, volunteers, freelancers, participants, tenants, and visitors. In such an environment, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, aggression, and violence are not tolerated. CKE has a Code of Conduct for this.

Do you believe there has been undesirable behavior? Then you can follow the complaints procedure. It is also possible to contact an external confidential advisor. This person is not employed by CKE and is bound by confidentiality. You can contact them via the National Complaint Registration Hotline.

National Complaint Registration Hotline

CKE is affiliated with the National Complaint Registration Hotline. You can share your story confidentially here — especially if you feel you cannot resolve the issue with CKE directly. Call 0800 – 0204204. That number is available 24/7, 7 days a week. You will receive professional support from trained confidential advisors and, if necessary, your complaint will be handled by an expert complaint committee.
