YOUTH – Photography Workshop
How closely do you actually look around you? During this photography workshop, you’ll discover just how many extraordinary images can be found in places you might pass by every day. Head out with your camera or mobile phone, experiment with perspective and discover how you can use photography to capture your own view of the world.

Together with our photography tutor, Hella Martens, you’ll set off on a journey of discovery around the CKE area. You’ll learn to see things in a new light: what details catch your eye? How does a place change when you look at it from a different angle? And what happens when you play with light, shadow, colour and perspective?
You don’t need any previous experience of photography. The main focus will be on trying things out and experimenting. The tutor will give you tips and show you how small adjustments can create a completely different image.
You can simply use your own mobile phone to take photos. Would you prefer a proper camera? If so, you may be able to borrow one from CKE.
By the end, you’ll be looking at your surroundings – and your own photos – with fresh eyes.
Please note! This workshop is specifically aimed at youth aged between 14 and 25.
