Reception Volunteer

Join Us! CKE is looking for a friendly volunteer

As a volunteer at CKE, you will become part of a welcoming and close-knit team, enthusiastically assisting our visitors at the reception every day. The team is attentive not only to visitors but also to each other, creating a supportive and collegial environment.

You

• Greet visitors in a friendly manner, both on the phone and at the reception.
• Answer questions and help people navigate CKE.
• Perform light administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
• Speak Dutch.

You are

• Hospitable, presentable, flexible, and independent.
• Good at communication and digital skills (speaking English or Spanish is a plus!).
• Available for at least one shift per week.

We offer you

• A volunteer allowance of €4 per hour plus travel expenses.

Culture & Art Eindhoven (CKE) wants to give all residents of Eindhoven and the surrounding area the chance to experience, create, and practise art and culture. Young and old can join our courses and workshops. We are the driving force behind countless inspiring projects in neighbourhoods, schools, and care facilities in Eindhoven. Whether it’s an after-school programme, out-of-the-box participation projects, art lessons at schools, support for amateur arts organisations, or courses and workshops at our location on Pastoor Petersstraat, we make it happen.

You will work in a creative and lively environment. One day you might hear music lessons, the next a new exhibition opens, or there is a performance or rehearsal of an amateur arts group.
