What is your connection with art and culture, and do you engage with it in your free time?
“I am a visual artist, and I actually inherited that from home—my father was one too. For me, art is not a hobby, but a way of understanding the world—not just what you see, but especially what you experience. There is always a painting on my easel. Besides my own work, I enjoy what others create: from music to literature, from museums to theatre performances. Art naturally flows through my daily life.”

When do you go home feeling good after a workday?
“When you can end the day together with the feeling: we have created something beautiful. That shared sense of pride and satisfaction makes it valuable for me.”
