What do you do at CKE and why here in particular?
“As a photographer, I capture CKE activities such as Bruisweekends and neighbourhood projects. These are moments full of energy, creativity and connection – perfect situations for creating special images. I enjoy capturing something others may have missed, or something participants can feel proud of.”
What is your connection to art and culture?
“Photography is my way of engaging with art and culture. I’m especially drawn to documentary photography: capturing real moments, emotions and stories. I photograph a lot and take part in exhibitions with Fotoclub Ericamera in Eindhoven, where I’m also the chair. It keeps me sharp and inspired.”
When do you go home feeling good?
“When I’ve been able to make photos that show something special – something visitors or participants may not have noticed themselves, but that still captures the atmosphere and pride of the moment.”
