What is your connection to art and culture, and why CKE in particular?
“From a young age, I felt free whenever I moved to music. Dance is my way of letting go and being fully in the moment. Art and culture attract me because they spark creativity and curiosity, and provide space to experiment and express yourself. CKE is a place where different art forms and creative people come together. In my free time, I enjoy going to dance and theatre performances and trying out new hobbies like painting or clay work.”
Why did you decide to become a teacher, and what do you consider important to pass on?
“During my training as a professional dancer, I realised that I wanted to use dance to connect, inspire, and help people discover what dance can mean for them. In my lessons, I think it’s important that people feel free to move and learn about their own strength. I create a safe and open atmosphere where there is room for fun, expression, and growth.”
When do you go home feeling good after a lesson?
“When I see people moving with energy, laughing, and creating something new – whether that’s a movement, an insight, or a feeling of freedom.”
